2009 SMB Security Study

In October 2009, the NCSA and Symantec released its first study on cyber security practices among small/medium-sized businesses. The study, released in conjunction with National Cyber Security Awareness Month, asked principals in SMB's about their cybersecurity policies and practices, their reliance on the Internet as a tool in their business, and what steps they take to secure their systems.
