Senate Judiciary Committee hearing Feb. 4, 2014 

(Source: C-SPAN) Privacy in the Digital Age: Preventing Data Breaches and Combating Cybercrime. Senior officials from Target and Neiman Marcus testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee on the recent security breaches at their stores and their companies' ongoing efforts to secure customers' financial data. In the second panel, Federal Trade Commission, Justice Department, and Secret Service officials explained the action their specific organizations were taking to root out cybercrime. They called for federal legislation on standards.
