As Director, Sales Enablement, Caroline leads a multi-disciplinary learning and development organization, focused on enabling Trend Micro resources to deliver a superior experience to our collective customers.

She also leads a mission to increase the field readiness of the U.S. sales organization by creating an enablement toolset, mindset, and structure to ensure sales can articulate to customers the full capabilities of Trend Micro’s rapidly expanding portfolio.

With a passion for people,learning and continual improvement, she brings a deep understanding of Trend Micro’s global organization, and her insights play an integral role in driving the company’s success in markets worldwide, as well as the onboarding of new Trenders.

Caroline has over 23 years of experience in corporate education & enablement. Prior to joining Trend Micro in 2014, she held various learning facilitation positions at Global Knowledge, Microtek, and DragonWave.

Her Canadian roots shine through, but she recently moved to Texas to further her impact with Trend Micro at their HQ in Dallas.   In her spare time, she loves to golf, engage in community service projects, and explore the culture of her new home country.
