As CEO at TeleSign, Aled Miles oversees the company’s strategy and team management. Aled joined the company in 2016, leading TeleSign through its $230 million definitive agreement to be acquired by BICS, a Belgian telecommunications company.
A 27-year veteran of the technology industry, Aled has an extensive history of tech leadership roles, most recently at identity management firm ForgeRock, where he was executive vice president and general manager overseeing the development of the company’s global business and focused on the digital transformation strategies of its Fortune 500 customers. Prior to his time at ForgeRock, Aled spent 20 years at Symantec, where he served as a key member of the executive committee and oversaw the $2 billion Norton software brand.
Aled is also a founding advisory board member of SurfAir, an innovative all-you-can-fly private membership experience, and an active member of the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI), including the CGI Leadership, Education and Development program of 20 business leaders handpicked and led by Chelsea Clinton. He holds a B.A. in English language and literature from St. Mary’s University, Twickenham, and is a graduate of the business leadership program at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
