Kristina V. Dorville is Head of Governance and Engagement at AIG.

In this role, she oversees the third-party risk program, governance and policy adherence, awareness, and external cyber engagements.

Prior to joining AIG, Kristina was Senior Vice President at Wells Fargo for Information Security and Cyber Policy where she represented Wells Fargo in cybersecurity policy initiatives with industry and government partners to support company information security priorities.

Before joining the private sector, Kristina served as the Chief of the Cyber Education and Awareness Branch at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS).She served as the senior leader and expert on global public policy issues related to cybersecurity education, awareness, training, and general outreach activities in cyberspace. She regularly worked with congressional staff, the White House, federal agencies, and various stakeholder communities dealing with cybersecurity issues.

She also served as a key member of the Department’s Strategic Review team that oversaw the creation of the National Protection and Programs Directorate (now known as Cybersecurity Infrastructure Security Agency). She was a subject matter expert and advisor to the Deputy Secretary of DHS and played a key role in coordinating and drafting Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Grant Guidance.

Prior to DHS, Kristina worked for Booz Allen Hamilton during the standup and creation of DHS. She coordinated and managed support for FEMA exercises and played an active role in the National Exercise Series and Senior Officials Exercises.

A native of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, Kristina received both her undergraduate and masters degrees from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA. She is also the head swim coach at Washington-Liberty High School in Arlington, VA.
