Director of Development and Strategic Partnerships
Betty Hallman joined the National Cyber Security Alliance in 2015. She works to assess and build NCSA’s corporate program while focusing on revenue growth and strategic partnerships. Prior to working at NCSA, Ms. Hallman held a similar role at Ocean Conservancy and served as the vice president of corporate relations at the National Park Foundation, where she activated cause marketing and philanthropic partnerships and raised $24 million from companies such as The Coca-Cola Company, Macy’s, Unilever, Hertz, Ford Motor Company and Underwriters Laboratories. Prior to her work in corporate development, Betty had a long career in the TV industry with the National Captioning Institute, where she worked her way up from an entry-level position to the executive role of vice president of sales and marketing. In that position, she was responsible for directing the work of the sales department, which sold captioning services to producers, networks, syndicators, advertisers and cable and home video companies, generating $17 million in annual sales.
