This October will mark the 14th annual National Cyber Security Awareness Month (NCSAM), an initiative co-founded and led by the National Cyber Security Alliance (NCSA) and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security to ensure everyone has the resources they need to be safer and more secure online.
Securing the internet is a shared global responsibility, and we all have a role to play in promoting cybersecurity awareness this October. One way your organization can participate is becoming a NCSAM Champion. Champions represent those dedicated to promoting a safer, more secure and more trusted internet. Becoming a Champion is easy and does not require any financial support.
Once you’re registered, your organization’s name will be included on NCSA’s Featured Champions page, and you’ll also have the opportunity to host a NCSAM Partner Event. Whether you’re planning a small lunch-and-learn at work, a community cybersecurity day or a full conference, you can participate in this wide-reaching initiative by aligning your event with NCSAM branding, themes and key concepts. You’ll also be able to provide us with an event page URL, which we can link to from our Featured Champions page. Download the basic criteria for hosting a partner event here.
