Jodie Kautt leads the Cyber Defense team, including the 24×7 Cyber Fusion Center, which integrates threat intelligence, advanced analytics, and state-of-the-art technology to mitigate cyber threats.
Jodie is responsible for Target’s Cyber Defense organization, including the 24×7 Cyber Fusion Center. Beyond traditional cybersecurity defense responsibilities, Jodie leads the fraud and abuse organization and the engineering teams for Target’s assets protection tools.
In addition, she leads data protection, fraud & abuse, and enterprise incident management for Target. Jodie believes strongly in building diverse and inclusive teams that foster innovation and serves as executive sponsor of Target’s Women’s Business Council. Previously, she helped shape the Diversity Action Committee for all of Target Tech. Under her leadership, Target’s tech teams have made significant strides in their DE&I commitments. In 2022, Jodie was named a Power Player in security by SC Media and recognized as a Notable Woman in Tech by Twin Cities Business Magazine.
