Lynn is the Senior Director of Security Engagement at Salesforce, where she leads integrated programs to generate security awareness and adoption, targeting employees, customers, and the broader security industry.Her career at Salesforce started in 2013 on the Corporate Marketing team, where she led the digital campaign for the launch of Salesforce’s mobile app, as well as a security awareness campaign for all Salesforce employees. A year later, she moved to the Security team, where she developed customer-focused security awareness programs. Lynn now leads security engagement programs for both internal and external Salesforce audiences.

Lynn has worked as a marketing professional in the technology sector for over 20 years. Lynn’s career in high tech started at G2 research (acquired by Gartner), where she led a team of researchers focused on understanding technology purchasing habits by industry (financial services, retail, communications). She spent several years at Informix in business development, partnering with integrators and ISVs to create business intelligence solutions for telecommunications companies. Lynn has also worked with several qualitative research, branding and consulting firms that serve large tech companies such as Microsoft, Intel, and Symantec. In 2013, Lynn developed a thought leadership program for Cisco, focusing on security industry trends for Chief Information Security Officers in large enterprises.
