Our mentoring program pairs HBCU students with security and privacy professionals of all backgrounds to help prepare them for the job search process.
With just one hour a month, you have the power to change the life of an HBCU student. No previous experience is necessary! Our program includes mentor training, mentor/mentee matching, and suggested session agendas.
Mentors and mentees hold one-on-one meetings focused on

- Interview skills
- Empowering students with life skills and the confidence they need to navigate their way to a successful career in security or privacy
